Marquis UK Does it Again!!Date: 08/19/2009
Forget the global recession and the prevailing economic downturn, Marquis UK has done it again - scooping the Marquis Spas’ ‘Best’ International Dealer of the Year award for the sixth consecutive year for its performance during 2008, despite a rapidly changing market and a growing number of Marquis Spas global dealers competing.
The award is open to in excess of 250 principal dealers representing American based Marquis Spas around the world and takes into account not only the number of spas ordered, but also the service performance provided to customers.
Congratulating Marquis UK, John Schrenk, Chief Executive Officer of Marquis Spas said: “This award is not just about achieving the highest number of sales but the all-round service provided to customers by our dealers, which in turn supports the Marquis Spas values on which our reputation is based.”
“Over the years Marquis UK has consistently shown itself to be highly professional in all it does and, along with its own network of dealers, has done much to promote and grow our UK market,” he said.
“Ever since taking on the Marquis brand, we have invested heavily in providing a support service to our dealers and customers, so much so that our sales and promotion model has been used by Marquis Spas as the reference point for increasing export markets outside the USA,” said Jamie Adams, Managing Director of Marquis UK.
This was re-enforced last year when the American company chose its UK distributor to host its 2008 International Dealer Conference, to which dealers from 25 countries around the world were invited to attend.
“Whilst the product itself is of the highest standard, our philosophy is that after sales support really makes the difference, a belief our UK dealers have embraced. As such, this award is as much about their achievement as ours,” said Adams.
